What material are your yoga mats made of?
The bulk is made with sustainable natural rubber and topped with a specially engineered eco-polyurethane, making our mats truly biodegradable. It's PVC-Free and has no toxic substances, this way your skin will always be protected.

How do I care for my yoga mat?
Wipe clean with a soft wet towel with mild detergent and air dry **do not use alcohol it'll discolor the finish and no oil based substance i.e. tree tea oil based cleaners Wrap the mat with the smooth finish on the outside. This will prevent the material from curling upwards when the mat is laid out. Store in a cool dry place. Make sure your hands and feet are clean of any oil before use.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number please contact us orders@mythirdeyeyoga.com.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a 100% money back guarantee policy that lasts 90 days from the date of your purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Can I change my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, however we will try to accommodate any order changes. The quickest way to make a request is by emailing us at orders@mythirdeyeyoga.com. Please be sure to include your order number and what changes to be made. We will let you know as quickly as possible whether we were able to accommodate your request.

I never received a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one of two things: Your order was never actually placed and processed. You have entered an incorrect email address with your order If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your email inbox.
